A meticulously organized budget, coupled with periodic forecasting and robust budgetary control, plays a pivotal role in achieving the organization's planned profit, setting objectives, defining its OKR (Objectives and Key Results), and ultimately realizing its vision.

Course Trainer: Mr Tan Kok Tee

With over 42 years of experience in financial, strategic, and general management, Kok Tee is a seasoned professional. He has served in leadership roles, including as Group Chief Executive Officer. Since 2014, Kok Tee has been a full-time trainer, conducting over 500 workshops and training more than 25,000 participants in subjects such as GST, SST, Accounting, Finance, Costing, and more.

His training extends to diverse organizations, including government bodies, GLCs, political parties, and various private companies. Kok Tee's in-house training has benefited notable entities like Shin Yang Group, Bintulu Port, Deleum Bhd., Sime Darby Properties, and others. A Fellow member of the Association of International Accountants and the Institute of Public Accountants, Kok Tee holds multiple memberships and certifications, including a Gold Mastery in Reinventing Strategic Management. He is also a certified trainer with HRDC since 2009 and holds an MBA-Finance degree from Charles Sturt University.
